24 - HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be sure to read the full policy prior to to booking. Your booking confirmation confirms you have read and agreed to the policy below:

At the time of booking, a non refundable deposit is required to reserve your experience with us. As we are an appointment based spa, to best serve you, we cannot accompany guests or children at the time of your appointment unless they are being serviced.

Late Cancellation/No Call No Show Policy:

Your experience with EsTheNik Skin by Nicole staff is priority with your desired date and time reserved just for you. We understand unpredictable circumstances, however arriving late to your appointment affects future experiences and will not be tolerated. If you are unfamiliar with our location, we suggest doing a dry run to familiarize yourself with our location. After fifteen (15) minutes of the set appointment, your appointment will be canceled with the deposit forfeited, and must be rescheduled with a new appointment and deposit if you wish to be serviced in the future. 

Canceling your appointment with us is a missed opportunity with you and a potential client to book with us during the exact time of your canceled appointment. Respectfully for these reasons, a 50% fee for late cancellations within 24 hours of all services booked will be charged to the card on file. To maintain fairness of our schedule, rescheduling is permitted once per appointment. After rescheduling more than once, your appointment will be cancelled with the deposit forfeited. 

No shows will be changed 100% of all services booked. 

 ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if wheelchair access is required.

Consumption of alcohol before during or directly after particular spa treatments such as massage body treatments and facials is not recommended.
